The release date has been put back ad infinitum, but finally it looks as if David
Lynch’s latest film Inland Empire is due for release in Australia later this month,
on the big screen where it very much belongs. While an epic in lo-fi imagery – Lynch
shot the film in grainy video on a much smaller budget than his previous films –
it’s a classic ‘through the rabbit hole’ experience that we have come to know and
love from this eccentric, iconoclastic filmmaker...

six and a half years she has been serving the ever-increasing hunger for film and
DVD reviews as radio triple j's resident film critic, and a year ago joined the
new line up of long-running SBS-TV film review program, The Movie Show.
And the impossible question to ask a film critic: what's her favourite film? "Blue
Velvet would be at the top of the list, so would

Scott Goodings is crazy about TV. Scott's first TV memory is an episode
of "Matlock Police" called "A Piece Of Cake". His first experience of the medium
in colour was seeing a Hector The Cat road safety commercial through the window
of the CBA bank in Cheltenham in 1975.

Once known as November, the 11th month of the year is now getting more and more
recognition as “Movember”, all due to the charity event held throughout the month
which sees clean-shaven men signing up to grow and groom a moustache throughout
the thirty odd days all while raising money and awareness for male health issues.
